All You Need To Know About PYP
- Only customers who want to upgrade (Ex. 2BHK to 3BHK) or exchange their properties (PAN India) with any of the properties of M3M are eligible for the scheme
- One needs to invest minimum 3.5x the disputed amount. For ex. If the disputed amount is Rs. 20 Lakhs you are supposed to pay 3.5x20=70 Lakhs under this scheme.
- Paid amount’s rebate will be deducted from total value initially only till launch. Ex: Total new property value: 70 lakhs, 20 lakhs shall be deducted initially only, 50 lakh’s 50% shall be paid i.e. 25 lakhs now and 12% AR shall be paid (only till Launch) and adjusted in close to possession demand. Balance to be paid close to possession.
- The application amount shall be 10% along with duplicate papers of the property.
- Valid payment plan under this scheme is 50:50.
- The assured rental will be given on the payment made to M3M i.e. 50% of the value less disputed amount @12% P.A.
- The assured rental will be given on the stuck value of the property @12% P.A. too.
- Original papers of the disputed property will be deposited at M3M at the time of booking confirmation.
- If M3M manages to sell the stuck property, 50% profit will be shared with you.
